URL for above: xkdata.com this plate came from a 1950 or 1951 XK120 Open Top Speedster (OTS). The brass plate shows no signs of rot or damage other than a tear at the top left screw hole. The original silkscreen has worn away bit one can still make out most of the words and numbers listed on the plate.
The data from the plate is as follows:
Chassis# 670757, Body# F1983, Engine# W2081-8, Gearbox# JH4284
Valve Clearance: Inlet .006 Exhaust .008
