ex-Antony Rufus-Issacs, Beverly Hills, California. He had it restored, all new ash wood frame, when it was seen in 1988. Car was for sale in August, 1989. (As per Bruce Carnachan.)

I suspect that this car 670065 has been confused with 670165, one of quite a few alloy XK120s that were advertised for sale by Antony Rufus-Isaacs in the past.
