1953 Jaguar XK120SE Drophead Coupé
Chassis no. S-677050
Matching-numbers XK120SE S-677050' is the 50th left-hand drive car built, built 4-17-1953. Dispatched 5-5-1953 to Charles Hornburg USA, first registered in CA early in 1954. Seller believes that this car has had two owners. Purchased by the seller in Monterey, CA in 1982. Restoration by three different shops, starting in the early 1990s. Harris Restoration in Reno, Nevada then XK Unlimited where work was undertaken on the engine, chassis, and running gear. Then, circa 1995, Mike Wilson completed its restoration and detailing. The car now has a 99+ point rating from the JCNA and has been shown in recent years at the Palo Alto Concours d’Elegance. This is a 'Special Equipment' configuration car.

Birch Grey, black top and boot, chrom wire wheels and a dual exhaust. Tool kit, manuals, spare wheel and four original wire wheels matching this original body color go with the car. Sold with Bill of Sale, Heritage Certificate and JCNA score sheets.
