A beautiful & early production car in super condition. This XK120 has undergone a huge restoration in 2003 with a plethora of detailed bills from the usual suppliers. The bills span two thick files & give a detailed history of what has been done. The brief was to produce a car with subtle modern upgrades to make a superb driving machine. Since then the car has been well used by the current owner including some serious European trips. As a result the car has lost its "restoration fresh" feel & has developed a delightful light patina in keeping with a more original car.
There are detailed pictures of the body & engine rebuilds documenting all that has been done to the car.
The car is finished in Old English White, with the paintwork being in excellent condition. To the interior is red leather in superb condition but nicely mellowed. The car has a canvas hood, side screens & full tonneau cover. Wire wheels are fitted to the 4 corners & spare.
The car comes with assorted articles upon it from various magazines, & also its original buff log book. The car has been substantially upgraded for modern driving with such niceties as an E type 4.2 litre gear box & Cooper craft disc brakes. Thus the car is a superb driver & well suited to being driven rather than sitting in a garage.
