Seller's description:
Jaguar XK120 Coupe 1952 Matching numbers, previously unrestored.
Chassis 679506, Engine W4487-8, Body J1509
There are very few project cars available anywhere for sale.
Sportsclassics UK in Sheffield is pleased to restore this original and previously unrestored XK120 Coupe. The car arrives in UK shortly from Canada where it was found in long term dry storage.
The car is full matching numbers with vin plate, body plate and all engine numbers visibly intact.
The XK120 coupe without doubt is the most elegant of all the XK models, this particular XK120 was manufactured 13th March 1952, original colours were suede green paint and suede green interior. All the important parts seem to be there along with an original owners book. The body in general has some surface rust but in general appears very straight and overall solid and is quite remarkable for its age.
