Very interesting is the VIN Plate, it looks like a Plate from a late E-Type S1
Description:
A fine example of one of Britain’s most celebrated sports cars, this XK 120 Roadster was restored in 1998 by CarPoint GmbH of Karlsruhe, Germany. The car embodies sporting elegance with its body-coloured wire wheels, supportive bucket seats, wood-rimmed Moto-Lita steering wheel, and period-correct aero windscreens and rear-view mirror casing. The car was further enhanced with a five-speed gearbox, front disc brakes, and uprated suspension with Koni shock absorbers.
In December 2018, the car received a comprehensive service by Hans‑Robert Schramm GmbH of Oberursel, Germany with work including a new clutch, suspension bushings, transmission and differential seals, along with a dual-circuit master brake cylinder, carburettor and ignition tuning, valve adjustments, and an overhaul of the fuel system.
This impressively appointed XK 120 Roadster, finished in a British Racing Green shade that captures the spirit of Jaguar’s heyday, offers an enticing blend of classic elegance and modern performance, equally suited for spirited rallies or concours presentation.
